We are currently recruiting for an IT Coordinator, this role will be full remote working Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Oversee and manage the implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of software. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of their software.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues related to the software.
- Conduct regular testing and quality assurance of software to ensure optimal performance and stability.
- Train and assist users in utilizing software to monitor their energy usage effectively.
- Develop and implement user documentation, training programs, and support resources.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including homeowners, businesses, and local communities, to ensure the software meets their needs and requirements.
- Ensure that the software complies with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new software solutions to enhance the functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate their software with other relevant systems and platforms.
- Monitor and report on software performance, usage, and adoption.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the processes and procedures related to the support and maintenance software.
- The IT coordinator should have a strong understanding of software development and the systems used to manage.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure they are completed within budget and on time.
- To be able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including developers, customers, and senior management.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Strong understanding of the renewable energy sector and the technical aspects of solar power systems.
- Able to analyze data, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring that platform is free of errors and meets high standards of quality and performance.

**Qualifications**

A Degree in Computer Science

Experience in the Solar Sector

**Skills**

IT Management SQL VMware MySQL HTML JavaScript IT Consulting Business Intelligence (BI)

Salary - £55k - 57k

Fully Remote Monday -Friday
