**Overview**:
Live and breath TikTok? You don’t need a tonne of experience under your belt, just a passion for TikTok and a creative disruptive mindset. Working alongside the GYMBOX Marketing Team, you will be tasked with leading the strategy of our TikTok channel, curating content and generating new ideas to increase reach, engagement levels and grow the following organically.

Leading the social media management and content creation for TikTok, you’ll be ensuring content is original, bespoke and on brand at all times. We need someone that lives and breathes TikTok and on-trend culture while regularly keeping up with social trends, who isn’t afraid to think outside the box.

You will work closely with other members of the marketing team on influencer activations with the hottest talent, helping you to own social activations and campaigns, from initial brainstorming to go-live execution. You’ll also support with generating content for our additional social media channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, lead and develop the strategy and communications for all TikTok content
- Spearheading TikTok campaigns to drive brand awareness, love and fame
- Storyboarding all content and presenting to marketing team
- Managing art direction and videographer to plan and produce all TikTok content
- Copy writing for all TikTok content
- Deliver weekly content calendar in a timely manner
- Presenting and responding to viral trends in brand tone
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to all our social media posts and develop discussions
- Proactively be part of viral social media conversations to drive brand awareness
- Source and secure TikTok brand partnerships
- Content development for paid ads and working alongside digital agency for optimum results
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance with ongoing recommendations
- Manage a budget for social activities
- Promote the brand’s social media across the company and engage the wider team
- Build a team of Gymbox ambassadors to provide UGC content
- Recommendations on creating trends and competitions to generate content
- Sourcing and managing a team of influencers to deliver content and represent the brand
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
- Supporting the Marketing Team with content, influencers and community management on additional social media channels
