Purpose

Join our dynamic team as a Support Worker (Justice) and play a pivotal role in facilitating the successful resettlement of individuals within the community CFO Activity Hub. As a Support Worker, you will manage a caseload of participants, who are ex-offenders, providing comprehensive support to overcome barriers, achieve milestones, and foster personal growth. Your role involves risk management, ensuring a safe environment, and collaborating with various agencies to deliver a through-the-gate service.
