Event Marketing Manager

The Role: Event Marketing Manager is a new position within this established SaaS organisation. Reporting to the Marketing Director the objective of the role is to execute an events strategy that will help to build and grow the opportunity pipeline for thesales teams across the UKI region. This is a newly formed team so this role has been deemed business critical.. This is a hands on role, delivering all areas of events including registration, logistics, speaker and sponsor engagement, branding, suppliers,budget management and reporting. You will be joining a global organisation who have really exciting plans for 2023.
This will be a dynamic, yet challenging role with an all-new team on a rocket-fuelled growth journey which will suit someone who is focused, embraces change and wants to make a big difference in creating something completely new.
Responsibilities for the position of Event Marketing Manager:
- Working closely with sales and marketing teams to publicise and promote both events that our client sponsor and participate in, as well as proprietary events
- Development, production and delivery of all events on the marketing plan on time and within budgets
- Travelling to event sites to set-up and project manage the events to ensure quality delivery on-site
- Liaising and negotiating with vendors and event organisers
- Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts
- Manage the delivery of webinar programmes across a variety of audiences.
- Champion the brand, ensuring all communications are delivered to a high standard and increase the credibility and reputation of our client.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Proven track record of events and project management experience
- Highly organised multi-tasker with exceptional attention to detail
- 3-5 years' experience in a Events Marketing role
- Experience of either Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo or Eloqua
- Experience of working closely with sales teams in a commercially focused event marketing role
- Strong analytical skills including ability to assess ROI
- A genuine ally to sales and a track record of building close working relationships

The Package for Event Marketing Manager:
- Salary: £50,000-55,000
- 10% bonus
