**Customer Service - SME INSURANCE (TEAM) - Salary from £21,500, Romford**

**Things you need to know**:

- These are full time, permanent roles
- We are based in Romford with easy access from bus links, we are located a 5-minute walk from the train station. No on-site car parking, adjacent car parking is £60/month.
- 37.5 hours per week. Our hours are Monday to Friday, between 8:30am - 7:00pm.
Saturday shift once every 3 weeks, 9am - 5pm.
Sunday shift once every 4 weeks, 10am - 4pm.
- The starting salary is £21,500 with commission & bonus opportunities of £3,000 to £8,000.
- We have a 5 week structured training programme and a dedicated training team to ensure you have all the support you need to be successful. New colleagues are supported on the phones from their 4th week with us.

**A bit about the job**:
In this role you will be helping a variety of small to medium size businesses find insurance policies that meet their needs. You will speak to new and existing customers who have made an appointment to discuss their insurance (there is no cold calling) and use your communication skills to build a rapport, gather the right information to understand their needs and help them find the right insurance policy, supporting them and providing excellent customer service along the way.

**Skills and experience we’re looking for**:

- Previous call centre experience is not necessary. We provide full training which covers everything from our product range to our phone system.
- Experience in a previous customer facing role is desirable, such as within retail, hospitality, care, education, or sales
- You will enjoy speaking to people and will use your outstanding communication skills to speak openly and expertly on the phone to customers. You will be able to build strong rapport and take a genuine interest in their needs
