**Charles Hurst Vauxhall Lisburn**

**37.5 flexible working hours: Monday to Friday**

**Salary: basic £25,000 + bonus**

An extremely rare and unique vacancy has arisen within our Charles Hurst Vauxhall Division.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and aspiring individual to become an integral team member of our operations at Charles Hurst Vauxhall Lisburn.You will be working closely with the Showroom Manager and supporting the function which will allow you to learn and develop the skills needed in order to progress into a Showroom Manager position yourself Although small, this team is dynamic and works at a fast pace, focusing on achieving and consistently exceeding customer expectations. Working alongside our inspirational manager Colin Weir, you will also help to support in his role and will gain the experience and knowledge required to take your Automotive career to the next level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the daily operations of the showroom ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures
- You will also maintain high customer satisfaction levels through the understanding and adherence to customer satisfaction indicators within your dealership.
- Prepare relevant reports, analyse data and present performance metrics to the management team.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar position is not essential as we are always on the lookout for new/fresh talent to join our team. You will hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market
