Call Centre Operator Sundays

Call handling every Sunday from home, responsible for incoming calls requiring assistance for vehicles that have been mis fuelled, and electric vehicles that have run out of charge. We handle a mix of account and private customers, all over the country, who need to be looked after promptly and professionally to ensure their continued business. We use a digital management system to receive and dispatch the majority of our work, which also assists with mapping and allocation of jobs to the most appropriate technician. We work with a mix of internal and external contracted technicians with whom you will need to build strong relationships.

Call centre or customer service related experience useful but not essential. Training will be provided.

Multi tasking, good communication skills on the phone and an ability to work under pressure very important.

Although sometimes challenging, the work is dynamic and rewarding. You will be set up so that you can operate from home every Sunday, but initial training will require you to work in our office to learn first hand in a live environment. There will also be opportunities for your hours to grow as we expand.

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
