Do you currently working in HR and deal with first line ER issues ? Are you looking for a new role that will offer you variety and the chance to work with a number of companies supporting them across the scope of HR and being able to offer advice and guidance.If this sounds like the kind of thing that could be of interest you then this could be a great role for you.

**The role**

As a HR Advisor this role will include many generalist aspects and cover a wide remit within HR and you will work with a number of clients in a consultancy capacity therefore the role will be varied and include:
Advising companies with their Employee Relations concerns and working with them providing the right guidance and supporting them through disciplinaries' and grievances

Draft documentation to support ER issues or other general HR matters

Inductions and on-boarding new starters - including working with business to have better processes

Support companies with their recruitment processes including undertaking reference checks

Interviewing when required

Dealing with immigration questions

Support and updating handbooks for companies

Keeping the HR system updated

Management of some reports and sickness records

**What you will need to be successful**

CIPD Qualified

A good knowledge and experience gained in a HR generalist role previously is required and an ability to demonstrate this experience. Self-motivated, flexible and able to meet deadlines you will be co-ordinating across multiple businesses and therefore youwill need to have excellent communication skills, be proactive and able to work under pressure.
