Temp Project and Engagement Coordinator

Are you a talented Temp **Project and Engagement Coordinator** or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you have experience working within a team to support on the delivery of programmes? If so then you could be perfect for my client, a Social Justice Charity based in London.

This is a 2 month temp role with the possibility to be extended and to start ASAP. Hybrid working with 2 days in office near Charing Cross (WC2).

**The Role**:In this **Project and Engagement Coordinator** role you'll report to the Programme Manager. Specific tasks include:

- Maintaining existing partnerships and developing new relationships with stakeholders by providing weekly check up calls.
- Co-ordinating project progress updates by reaching out to appropriate teams.
- Providing updates to the senior staff on the programmes including creating weekly reports.
- Ensuring actions are dealt with timely manner and the project meets its deadlines.
- Liaising closely with the finance team to keep track of project funds as well as processing invoices.
- Working with the communications team to update the project’s social media channel by supporting on content writing.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

- Strong organisational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience of working to tight deadlines.
- Meticulous and thorough with written communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: £15.00-£18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
- Programme management: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- charity sector: 1 year (preferred)
