**Regional Compliance Officer Essential Criteria**
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
- Willingness to learn and develop own knowledge and skills.
- Knowledge of CQC Regulations, Health & Safety, Quality Compliance and Policies.
- Previous experience in Adult Social Care Sector
- At least two years experience in a CQC Compliance role.

The role of **Regional Compliance Officer **is to ensure the smooth running of the business by ensuring that managers, office teams and the care teams are trained, supported and are maintaining field-based and office based compliance to a high standard to ensure quality compliance systems are kept, risks are identified and managed and our GOOD CQC Ratings are maintained companywide.

**Regional Compliance Officer Duties Include**:

- Working with the Director and Senior Managers to ensure that routine audits and mock inspections are conducted in our branches.
- Support managers to maintain compliance spreadsheets and matrix's.
- Ensure staff understand CQC Regulatory compliance.
- Troubleshoot areas of concern and empower, encourage and support the teams to be passionate about safety, regulation and systems.
