Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Location: Liverpool

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 08.30am and 5.00pm with one hour for lunch.

**Salary**: £21,255.00 per year to start, plus Workplace pension

The position involves:

- Working within a team environment
- Inputting new cases into our in-house case management system
- Preparing legal documents for submission to HMCTS
- Letter writing to both HMCTS and clients, majority being Solicitor firms
- Calling clients when required to discuss cases
- Working on various types of cases

**What is required of you**
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Data entry and accurate typing skills
- Use of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office

Full training will be provided; however, it would be advantageous to have previous experience in the Enforcement or Legal Sector.

- Inputting data
- Liaising with clients and reporting on the progress of their cases
- Document preparation
- General administration
- Dealing with a variety of cases
- Accurately recording data, in line with GDPR
