**About the role and our team**

You’ll provide experienced and professional leadership to the Theatre Team and be responsible for the effective first line management of practitioners, ensuring all practitioners are adequately trained, educated and skilled and that all professional practice is in accordance with the appropriate codes of practice.

You’ll have the required academic and leadership experience with proven theatre scrub competence with a relevant experience working within the theatre environment.

If you have exceptional skills and would like to make a difference to patient care, service delivery and education, then this is the perfect role for you

**What can this role offer me?**

We can offer you a varied surgical case load that will enhance your knowledge and experience and provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate and develop your clinical skills and abilities within our close knit multidisciplinary team. You will also be able to expand on your leadership experience by acting as Deputy for Operating Department Manager and/or Theatre Co-ordinator when required.

We know changing jobs can be daunting at times so we have a social buddy scheme at Noble’s whereby if you are successful, you will be paired up with a fellow nurse buddy who can show you the ropes and help you settle in here at Noble’s.
