**Job Title: Community Mental Health Team**
**Trust: Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust**
**Shift Pattern: 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday to Friday**
**Pay Rate: £16 to £26per hour**

Nestled in the Garden of England with easy access to London, KMPT operates across 33 locations, where a mix of rural, coastal and urban housing is available within Kent.

**What you'll be responsible for**:
- You will be involved in providing a high level of safe and effective care
- Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
- Adhere to all Trust policies, procedures and guidelines
- Liaise with the multidisciplinary team
- Provide mentorship and support to others
The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.
