**Role and key responsibilities**
- Assist with salary and benefits benchmarking survey submissions across the international firm
- Provide analysis on benchmarking surveys for UK and international offices
- Lead a project to review how we benchmark non-fee earning roles in the UK, ensuring we have a consistent approach which we can embed into other HR processes
- Support delivery into the business of the annual Pay Review and Bonus processes
- Provide analysis and modelling for salary and bonus outcomes, presenting findings and themes in a user friendly format
- Assist with preparing budget reports for annual review cycles
- Support with the preparation of any reward board papers as and when required
- Lead on projects to implement new benefits for the firm
- Develop the benefits communications strategy in conjunction with the rest of the Reward team
- Work with the wider HR team to add value into other HR processes and projects
- Assist with the benefits renewals process, working with our external benefits brokers to ensure our offering remains competitive and provides value to the business
- Deal with compensation and benefits queries

**Skills and experience**

**Skills & Experience required**:

- Experience/knowledge of job matching methodology
- A reward and/or benefits background, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
- Knowledge of HR systems and reporting preferable
- Organised approach to work, with the ability to lead project work
- Ability to work well as part of a team, linking in with other team members where appropriate

**Key competencies**:

- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- Competent in the use of information systems and possesses sound project management skills.
- Confident in putting forward opinions and advising senior members of staff on reward best practice
- Strong excel skills and able to prepare analytical modelling
