REED Accountancy & Finance Dartford are delighted to be working with our client, based in Dartford who provide engineering solutions within the public and private sectors

We are looking to find a Finance Administrator to:

- Assist with areas of finance function (Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger) and provide support where required.
- Assist with the management and reconciliation of timesheet process for all engineers.
- Assist with aspects of accounting for company charges for Oyster Cards
- Code and Post Fuel invoices to relevant departments.
- Process expenses forms for employees when needed.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Ensure supplier statements are reconciled on a monthly basis and identify risks and chasing missing invoices
- Proactively manage the collection of the weekly timesheets.
- Reconcile the weekly timesheets with the timesheet report.
- Manage the filing of Purchase Ledger invoices and timesheets.
- Provide support to the sales ledger and purchase ledger teams as and when required.
- **Any other activities at the direction of the Finance Manager.**

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Highly competent in analysis and interpretation of information.
- Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in developing relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Dilligent and accurate
