As the Canteen Assistant, you will be joining the Derwent Kitchen Team to be the main face of Breakfast and Lunch in the Staff Canteen, providing friendly and efficient service to all of our team members.

**Previous kitchen experience is desirable.**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Serving hot breakfast and lunch options
- Regularly completing dishwashing to ensure levels of dirty cutlery & crockery are kept to a minimum
- Bringing out new food dishes at the start of service and removing leftover food at the end of service
- Work in a safe way demonstrating good understanding & good practice of Food Hygiene

**Hours and Rate of pay**:
This is a part-time role of 27.5 hours across 5 days - Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 3pm

Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hour - Aged 21+ (£9.50 per hour for aged 16-18; £10.42 per hour for aged 19-20)

Comprising four inter-linked hotels which include the TLH Derwent, TLH Victoria, TLH Toorak, and TLH Carlton Hotels on a single site. We offer a range of accommodation and shared entertainment plus the well-renowned Aztec Leisure brand, offering unique leisure and spa facilities to guests and locals.
