As an Accounts Assistant you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth running of the Accounts department, performing daily banking and financial administration tasks.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Depositing cash and cheque receipts
- Daily reconciliation of cash & cheques - investigating and resolving any issues
- Processing change orders and petty cash
- Maintaining cash office stocks
- Assist the Accounts Manager with the Aztec Direct Debit run
- Run weekly and monthly Spa Data and other finance reports
- Any other related duties contributing to the smooth running of the finance department

**Hours and Rate of pay**:
