We have an exciting role within CTBO for a Projects Co-Ordinator to join one of our client teams. This is to work in line with a growing client so we quickly need to fill this role to ensure we can keep providing a great service.

**Working Patterns**
Working from home and the office, as per our flexible hybrid working practice, you will need to be able to work independently and in a team to manage all aspects of the role.
- You will be required to work in the office a minimum of 3 days a week, working at home 2 days a week.
- The working hours are 9am to 5pm, Mon - Fri but we may need the applicant to be flexible as our onsite staff may have queries outside of these hours

**Key responsibilities**
- Be a professional point of contact to our client for all their requests
- Handle all aspects of co-ordination between the Client Team and both internal and external teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders across all levels
- Work to ensure all projects are handled and delivered successfully ensuring that all risks, issues and dependencies are identified managed and mitigated
- Create quotes against work requests
- Ability to understand costs of oversea travel and create quotes accordingly
- Provide accurate costings against projects
- Ensure company processes are followed at all times by demonstrating best practice
- Collate and create job packs for projects
- Check and compile completed job packs
- Sourcing and procurement of equipment as needed

**Technical skills**

We, at CTBO, strive to be a paperless office so using Windows packages such Microsoft Office, Teams, Sage, and other cloud based packages is required to help us in that goal. You must be confident in learning and using software as needed as well as having a strong foundation to work from.

We will be looking for the applicant to stretch themselves to using drawing packages such as Stardraw and Autocad to create drawings for projects.

**Desirables**
- Strong geographical knowledge
- Proficient in basic maths
- Strong IT skills (AutoCAD experience is an advantage)
- You will be able to effectively manage multiple priorities and have a good eye for detail
