**(Technical) Project Coordinator Field Services Management - Vendor Inspection & Expediting - UK**

RINA Tech UK Limited is seeking a highly motivated (Technical) Project Coordinator for Inspection and Expediting Services at manufacturer locations worldwide.
The position will be full time and based in our RINA office in Sunderland, UK.

The role includes the following main duties:
**Project**
You will be expected to operationally coordinate projects for procurement support services such as vendor inspection, expediting, other second and third-party activities.
Able to review inspection reports and confirm technical delivery to client needs
Daily tasks include the prompt search and selection of the most competent and closely located personnel to carry out the activity requested by the customer, being responsible for the quality execution of the service and costs.
Plan, schedule workloads and assign field personnel, ensuring project requirements are understood and fully met.

**Customer**
Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients and vendors whilst keeping all informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all customer needs.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
At least 2 years customer service background, preferably within the Energy industry or other relevant industry of competence.
Technical background in Quality Control, Inspection of industrial machinery, fabricated equipment, process plant in manufacture would be ideal.
Experience as QC Inspector is preferred.
A Bachelor’s degree is an advantage; a lower level of qualification is acceptable if there is considerable work experience and/or professional skills.

**Other Skills**
Fluent in English (able to read, write and speak English at a native level)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Demonstrated customer focus, striving for high customer satisfaction and being responsive to client needs.
