Are you an experienced Dental Nurse or Treatment Coordinator who has an interest in training others? We’re looking for driven and motivated individuals with experience within the dental industry, but a natural aptitude for training. As you will be delivering high-quality CPD training sessions, completing health & safety risk assessments and offering compliance support to dental practices and other Healthcare sectors. You will be given a portfolio of existing customers, a company car and a fuel card within our benefits package. This isn’t just any ‘training role’, this is an opportunity to meet clinical specialists and present them with the best possible solution whilst promoting our range of services.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Delivering training sessions, risk & compliance assessments and consultancy visits to DD’s clients within the dental industry and other healthcare sectors.
- Assisting practices with maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies and offering compliance support.
- Representing DD at centralised training sessions and trade shows.
- Promoting services offered by DD and ensuring any cross-selling opportunities are maximised whilst attending practices.
- Carrying out customer service calls to existing DD members and attending appointments with potential or new DD members to promote/inform the benefits of having a membership.
- Working closely with Business Consultants to understand any business development opportunities within your area and liaising with the sales team to achieve diary utilisation targets.
**This role will cover the following areas**:
