Lead Dental Nurse

Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Dental Nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Manage the training and development of Trainee/Apprentice Dental Nurses, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the Dental Nursing Team, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Deliver high-quality patient care, working closely with dentists to provide personalized treatment options.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with GDC and other relevant standards.
- Contribute to the development of the practice, sharing ideas and best practices to drive excellence.
- Relevant live GDC registration.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent patient care.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and influencing skills, with a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Knowledge of Private and NHS dentistry, with the ability to provide treatment options and drive surgery efficiency.
