Lead Dental Nurse
About the Role
Rodericks Dental Partners is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and we're seeking a skilled Lead Dental Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our dental nursing team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of dental nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless patient care.
- Manage the training of trainee/apprentice dental nurses, mentoring them through their initial induction and providing ongoing support.
- Collaborate with the practice manager to ensure the smooth running of the dental nursing team.
- Deliver excellent patient care, working with clinical freedom to provide the best possible solutions for each patient.
- Understand the importance of teamwork within the surgery and work effectively to support the dentists.
- Possess excellent organisational and influencing skills, using these to ensure effective care delivery.
- Understand private and NHS dentistry, supporting treatment options for patients and driving surgery efficiency.
- Demonstrate a full understanding of GDC and other regulatory responsibilities.
- Embrace ongoing professional development and CPD.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a relevant live GDC registration.
