As a Band 5 RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health care to patients at the Airedale Mental Health Unit. This role will involve working closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver individualized care plans for each patient. You will be expected to administer medication, provide therapeutic interventions, and monitor the progress of patients throughout their stay at the unit.

Additionally, you will be required to liaise with families, carers, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be expected to document patient progress, participate in team meetings, and provide comprehensive handovers at the end of each shift.
