**Job Title**: Customer Service Agent Memberships (Maternity Cover)

**Hours**: 22.5 over 3 days

**Rate of Pay**: £10.70 ph

**Location**: Head Office - Darlington

**Requirements and Duties**
- Understanding of membership options, policies and terms and conditions.
- Daily reconciliation of department payments.
- Maintaining membership and debt databases.
- Liaising with a third party debt collection agency.
- Answering queries from members, clubs, head office staff and third parties.
- Complaint handling from customers.
- Adherence to all relevant Health & Safety policies and legislation and follow the company Health & Safety policy.
- Lead the member experience through interaction and communication

**Person Specification**
- Excellent communication skills. A strong customer focus and an excellent telephone manner.
- Good written communication skills.
- The ability to work well within a team.
- The ability to investigate queries/complaints, assess in accordance with guidelines
