**About Us**

Rockliffe Hall is an AA-rated 5 red star resort in the north of England and is set within 375 acres outside the village of Hurworth, near Darlington in County Durham. We aim to provide an outstanding personalised service to each guest who stays, spas, golfs and dines and with us, acknowledging special occasions and making them memorable for all guests. We are currently seeking a Spa Membership Advisor to join Team Rockliffe

**The Role**

The main responsibilities of the Spa Membership Advisor role will be (but not limited to):

- Maximise and administer membership sales and provide a 5* membership service.
- Use Concept to accurately process all membership information and make sure items are charged and payments taken.
- Respond positively to sales opportunities generating and following up leads and converting into membership, maximising on revenue and ensuring sales targets are met.
- Accurate reporting of revenue and membership numbers.
- Handle telephone enquiries in a clear, confident and efficient manner.
- Respond promptly to all guest and member requests and queries
- Support Spa Reception with data entry and take the lead in archiving Spa Visitor consultation forms.
