The role of our Adviser Support Executive is primarily focused on delivering world-class service and support to our portfolio of global clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver day-to-day support for our clients in all areas of the proposition from technology to tax wrappers.
- Analyse IFA behaviour to ensure that they get the best out of our platform as well as helping to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure that client feedback is captured and shared so that we can improve the products and services we offer.
- Be proactive with clients and provide quality training to maximize the users’ experience.

**Qualifications**

**Experience and soft skills**:

- 3yrs+ experience in a similar role (Administration, Support, Advisory)
- Technology Savvy
- Strong communicator, team player, enthusiastic
- Ambitious with a growth mindset

**Technical skills**:

- An understanding of investment platforms, products & tax wrappers like SIPP or ISA would be a bonus
- Strong Excel, data input and systems navigations skills

**Hybrid Work**

Morningstar’s hybrid work environment gives you the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate in-person each week. We’ve found that we’re at our best when we’re purposely together on a regular basis, at least three days each week.
