**About the role**:
The Head of Adviser Support is responsible for leading and managing a team of global support staff to provide excellent customer service to clients. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the adviser support team, setting and monitoring performance goals, and ensuring that advisers are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to deliver high-quality advice.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of support staff to provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Monitor and manage the performance of support staff, setting goals and targets and providing ongoing feedback and coaching
- Ensure that advisers have the necessary tools and resources to provide high-quality advice to clients
- Oversee the implementation of new policies, procedures and features, ensuring that support staff are trained and equipped to comply with these changes
- Act as the main point of contact for clients who require assistance or have complaints, ensuring that these issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement, implementing training and development programs as required
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the service offering and drive business growth

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on adviser support or customer service
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to a variety of audiences
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Knowledge of financial planning and investment products
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues in the financial services industry
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and - tight deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
