We have a brilliant opportunity within Virgin Media O2 for a Part Time ER Co-Ordinator.

The role holder will be accountable for providing pro-active support to the Employee Relations, Policy & Case team to enable the delivery effective delivery

Responsible for managing the ER, Policy & Case shared mail box, including managing complex queries independently through to resolution.

The postholder is accountable for the co-ordination of meetings across all collective relationships (including pro-active organisation of agendas, supporting with the collation of all collateral etc).

In post you will support with administrative activity related to all of our collective relationships, for example, elections.

Key to this position is attending meetings to take notes, capture actions and pro-actively track through to completion

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- A back ground in employee relations and people policy experience.
- Pro-active in finding opportunities for improved ways of working within ER.
- Demonstrate a history of owning complex ER queries through to resolution.
- An ability to support the revision and generation of people policies.
- A track record in providing co-ordination support.
- An ability to effectively manage competing priorities & multi-task.

We'd also love you to bring;
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in use of MS Office etc
