**Warehouse Supervisor**

**Ashford**

**£28k - £30k DOE**

**Monday-Friday**

We are seeking a **Warehouse Supervisor **to join our client’s **Manufacturing** company, who are at an **exciting time of expansion** If you have **proven management experience** within a **warehouse**, along with a **combilift licence**(in-house licence accepted), then this could be the job for you

**Duties include**:

- **Overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations**, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- **Coordinate with the warehouse team** to ensure **efficient workflow** and **timely order fulfilment.**
- **Monitor inventory levels** and implement **effective inventory control measures**.
- **Maintain a safe and organised work environment**, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- **Train, mentor**, and **motivate** **warehouse** **staff** to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- **Implement and improve standard operating procedures** to enhance operational efficiency.
- **Collaborate with other departments** to meet customer demands and resolve any issues that may arise.
- **Utilise warehouse management systems** to **track inventory**, **generate reports**, and **optimise processes.**
- **Conduct regular audits** to ensure **accuracy **and **integrity** of **stock** **records**.
- Any other duties required.
- **Previous experience in a leadership role **within a **warehouse**.
- **Combilift licence - **in-house licence accepted
- **Strong knowledge of warehouse operations**, including **receiving**, **inventory** **management**, and **order** **fulfilment**.
- **Familiarity with warehouse management systems **and proficiency in using related software.
- **Proven leadership skills**, with the ability to **motivate** and **manage** a **diverse** **team**.
- **Excellent organisational** and **problem-solving abilities**.
- Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced, deadline-driven environment**.
- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills **to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Knowledge of health and safety regulations **pertaining to warehouse operations.
