We are looking to enhance and develop our team of ACPs, providing an opportunity for those who are interested in emergency gynaecology to develop their clinical practice, knowledge and leadership skills while delivering a high standard of care to our patients.

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate individuals who will commit to attaining a MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice.

You must have relevant clinical experience and be at least 5 years post professional qualification. ACP Trainees with varied levels of experience are welcome to apply.

This is a full-time trainee post, you will be working an 0.8 clinical practice / 0.2 dedicated study time (pro
- rata) providing a 7 day service. The trainee ACP will be working alongside the Gynaecology both nursing and clinicial team and depending on the level of experience, will be developing advanced clinical assessment skills, be responsible for managing your own case load and assessing, treating, referring or discharging patients in your care with the support from a senior clinician. We have close ties to Oxford Brookes University who will provide the trainees academic education.

As a trainee you will work towards fulfilling the expectations and core capabilities of an ACP as set out in the HEE Multi-professional Framework for Advanced Clinical Practice in England. This will be achieved through workplace-based assessments in clinical practice, with a named clinical supervisor, and clinical supervision in the Gynaecology Department.
