We understand hospitality can involve anti-social hours. All contracted staff who earn less than £36,000 full-time annual salary can earn up to an additional £3.00 per hour:
Sunday - Thursday from 7pm - 5am = extra £1.00 per hour

Saturday and Sunday from 5am - 7pm = extra £2.00 per hour

Friday and Saturday evening from 7pm - 5am = extra £3.00 per hour

We also recognise everyone plays their part to provide amazing service.

**On top of your salary you can** **earn up to £1,000 service charge per quarter (points based criteria for eligibility).**

You can buy up to 5 additional holidays after 3 years' service, join the cycle to work scheme, get complimentary use of the golf courses and driving range, discounts in food & beverage outlets, bedrooms, Spa and Holiday Park.

Rudding Park offers Live in Accommodation to help get you settled into your role. We also support finding alternative living accommodation in the local area.

If you do live out, we offer a Taxi Policy and contribute towards your taxi to and from work outside of the designated bus times Monday - Saturday and all day Sunday.

**About the Role**

To support the smooth day to day operational running and standards of the Roof Top Spa Bar areas including the Roof Top Spa Garden and welcome desk areas. Providing the highest levels of guest service, cleanliness and delivery of spa experiences. To promote all available business opportunities, predominantly food and drink sales and services within the spa. Lead by example, showing the team 'how it's done', sharing knowledge and best practice. To manage and drive a team towards objectives ensuring procedures are adhered to.

**About You**
- Be guest focused, with an intuitive personality and excellent guest service skills
- Good attention to detail
- Demonstrate the ability to be proactive
- Have excellent leadership and time management skills.
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Able to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Previous team leadership or supervisor experience, preferably within the Food and Beverage or Hospitality industry.
