Office Administrator

Part Time, 20-25 hours per week, Bradford, BD3, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, working with a friendly team.
£11.50ph, (between £11,690-14,950 dependant upon hours worked.)
We are currently recruiting an Office Administrator for this long established, market leading company based in BD3 Bradford. This company has a hands on management team who have a wealth of knowledge and experience in their market, providing high standard products and services to their clients.
Due to internal progression we are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join this friendly team.
The main purpose of this role is to provide general administrative support to the business. You will be an integral part of keeping the office admin organised.
**Duties will include**:
Answering the telephone
Dealing with customer enquiries and redirecting appropriately
Scanning documents
Adding documents and data to the ERP system
Dealing with purchase orders and tracking
Purchasing office supplies - consumables, stationery, refreshments etc.
Maintaining and updating customers portal
Liaising with production team
Processing repeat orders
General admin work
This factory is well equipped with high quality machinery and equipment to ensure high quality engineered products get to their customers in the most efficient way. With a reputation for excellent customer service we are looking for someone who can assist in providing a high level of customer service to both new and existing clients.
**What we are looking for**:
Previous experience working in an office environment
Competent IT skills
Good communication skills
Previous customer service or reception experience would be an advantage
Experience using an ERP system preferred but not essential as training can be given
Good work ethic with a fun personality - if that's not asking too much
The ideal Office Administrator we are looking for will have previous admin experience with good communication skills. Training can be provided for the right person but we are keen to get someone on board as soon as possible due to business demands. If you have a good work ethic, like to get involved and get things done and like to have a bit of banter along the way this could be the perfect role for you. We are looking for someone to work between 20-25 hours per week and can be flexible, so if you have childcare commitments, school drop offs or other responsibilities you need to work around please give us a call to discuss.
