Compliance Adviser

**About the role**

This is a new and crucial role in our Multi Academy Trust, ensuring our pupils and staff can continue to thrive in safe and healthy schools.

As Compliance Advisor you will be a source of expert advice and support to our school leaders, Governors and Trustees on health and safety and risk management, shaping and influencing systems and processes and ensuring colleagues have the knowledge and skills they need to look after their premises, pupils and staff.

**About you**

You will have significant experience, and a qualification, in Health and Safety, as well as a good working knowledge of data protection. You will also have a great collaborative style that will enable you to quickly become a trusted adviser and pragmatic source of support.

**This is a hybrid role, working at our Wantage office, at our schools across Oxfordshire and Berkshire and from home**
