**GP Receptionist**

**Stockport, Greater Manchester**

**Full-time, Temporary (12 weeks)**

**£11.14/hour**

We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to provide support to an existing team of receptionists and administration staff at a local Doctor’s Surgery in Stockport, Manchester.

**Role Duties**:

- Supporting the existing team with patient enquiries and appointment bookings
- Answering phone calls to book patient appointments, home visits, and referrals.
- You will be the first point of contact for patients coming to the Doctor’s, and you will provide a helpful, efficient, and accurate service.
- Have excellent customer service skills, especially in verbal/on phone communication
- Previous administration experience
- Previous GP Reception experience would be ideal but not necessary

**Important Information and Dates**
- You must be able to start work on the 7th of November
- You must complete and enhanced DBS prior to starting work
- You must complete all required safeguarding training prior to starting
- All training and support needed to be successful in this role will be provided on site.

Due to the nature of this role, you will need to complete an **Enhanced DBS** check prior to starting.
