An industry leading, highly regarded and established membership organisation are looking for an Events Executive to join their busy team and research, develop and coordinate a series of outdoor events and activities at pop-up, festival, sports and other sites at stunning locations across the UK. You will be involved in coordinating all logistics, administration and customer relations, as well as building relationships and negotiating with sponsors and third parties to ensure they run smoothly.

**As Events Executive, your role will involve**:
Developing and overseeing all activities relating to supporting pop-up sites, festival sites and other outdoor events - being the main point of contact for all parties
Researching new activities and opportunities
Negotiating and liaising with sponsors in relation to activities
Developing strong relationships with suppliers and agencies to support the delivery of activities
Providing analysis and feedback post event, providing reports as required
Developing marketing collateral with the marketing team
I am interested in speaking with people who have experience working as an Events Executive, Event Executive, Events Coordinator, Organiser, Show Organiser, or Event Coordinato r, and who have coordinated the end of end organisation of outdoor pop-ups or festivals or shows. Experience negotiating with sponsors is essential for this opportunity as well.

**Please note**: This role is a 12 month contract position

**Salary (depending on level of experience) is**: £28,000 to £31,000 p.a.

This role offers hybrid working, as well as benefits including: private health scheme, discounts on retail, gym and outdoor leisure activities.

Their offices are based an easy 5-10 minutes walk from the station, or if you drive they will aim to provide car parking for you - and there are spaces for free a close 5-10 minutes walk from the office too.
