Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are working with a well-established, successful client who are a financial expert within their field. The financial software’s they provide assist millions of people worldwide which shows they are dedicated in going above and beyond for every single customer. Due to huge success, they are on the lookout for an Insolvency Analyst to join their extremely busy team on a full time, permanent basis
**The main responsibilities of the role are**:
- Ensuring that our client and our client’s customers are provided with the best possible service
- Protecting the customer journey
- Building positive working relationships
- Supporting the growth of our business and our clients by engaging with our business improvement and broader strategic activity
- Working with our in-house software’s to update data or progress workflows to ensure our clients and customers have the latest and best information
- Processing information received from third parties, interrogating the data for anomalies and resolving exceptions
- Making outbound calls to businesses in order to obtain information or communicate outcomes
- Handling inbound consumer and business enquires (when appropriately trained)
- General administration

- Ability to work, quickly, accurately and to a high standard
- A collaborative and inclusive attitude
- Ability to work in an environment of regular change and support the needs of an ambitious growing business
- Ability to work through decisions and find the best route and outcomes, be that escalation, diversion or resolution
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organization
- Computer literate and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
