We are an early-stage start-up backed by some of the best VCs in the world such as Peak XV (formerly Sequoia Capital India) and Lightspeed Ventures amongst many others. Currently, we are building a strong team to execute this grand vision.

TourHero’s founding team is led by co-founders Tushar (CEO), Jann (CPO) and Viren (CCO), and the former 2 previously co-founded/built Voyagin, one of the largest online travel companies in Asia, which was eventually acquired by Rakuten, the world's 5th largest e-commerce site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage top-tier talent
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and craft compelling job descriptions
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, including scheduling and feedback collection
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

**Requirements**:

- 5 - 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth startup environment
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier talent across multiple functions
- Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and ability to navigate fast-paced environments
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles and competing demands
- Passion for travel and the tourism industry
