I am working with a fabuluous firm in Burnopfield who are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

Act as liaison for internal customers such as Commercial, Purchasing, HR, and Group Finance departments.

ACCOUNTING
- Process and record supplier invoices onto the in-house system for purchase order invoices and service invoices.
- Matching supplier invoices with purchase order receipts and resolving discrepancies.
- Generating supplier payments for bi-month payment runs and adhoc payments.
- Calculating and recording CIS deductions
- Maintaining the creditors ledger information, addresses, terms etc.
- Controlling and investigating GRNI discrepancies
- Reconciling supplier statements
- First point of contact for liaising with suppliers regarding invoice queries.
- Reconciling intercompany creditor ledger balances
- Reconciling and controlling creditor ledger balance sheet accounts
- Record and monitor credit card activities
- Recording and payment on a weekly basis of employee expenses.
- Support team members when required.

CONTROLLING
- Internal and external audits support.
- Verify and ensure the approval process for purchase orders and payments
- Obtain the information required by external auditors, such as invoices, PO or other accounting transaction.

- Previous experious in a similar role
- Be hard working and driven
- Have excellent attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
