**Senior Admin Assistant**
Based primarily at our Group Head Office at Woodside Place, Glasgow, we are looking for a highly motivated individual, with good all-round administrative experience, who can hit the ground running, to join our team in providing administrative support across our three companies. The Senior Admin Assistant reports to the Office Manager and will play a key part in a small team with a busy workload.
- Provide administrative support
- Process customer paperwork
- Create handover packs
- Process supplier invoices
- Other duties that would arise in a busy office

**Skills**:

- Strong IT skills: proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent client service and communication skills: must be able to communicate at all levels.
- Ability to cope under pressure
- Have a good level of English spelling and grammar
- Accuracy and attention to detail together with a methodical, thorough and analytical approach and an ability to prioritise workload

**Experience**:

- At least five years’ senior administration experience essential
- Experience of solar and renewable energy desirable but not essential
- Experience of Xero desirable but not essential
