Part Time Sales Assistant

We're on the look out an enthusiastic and confident team member to work at our new store in busy Kings Cross Station.

With a contract of 8 hours a week, we're looking for flexible staff who are happy to work morning or evening shifts across the week and weekend. There are also opportunities to pick up additional shifts at our other station stores.

Full training will be provided instore so this is a great opportunity to develop your retail skills and enjoy the fast paced buzz of station life.

In return we offer an hourly rate of £11ph and a vibrant work environment.

**Routine Daily duties involve**
- Greeting customers who enter the shop
- Merchandising and tidying at every opportunity to ensure the shop floor looks its best and has a great selection of cards, especially bestsellers, available.
- Assisting shoppers to find items they are looking for.
- Answering queries from customers.
- Replenishing stock
- Assisting with deliveries
- Processing payments
- Keeping the store tidy and clean by completing key daily and weekly tasks as set by your manager
- Pricing merchandise
- Closing and opening the shop as required
- Balancing cash registers with receipts if you are on a closing shift.
- Reporting any discrepancies and problems to your supervisor.
- Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays
