The Right Home Central London is looking for a compassionate and reliable individual to help in the care of our residents. This position is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of our facility. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Communicate with all levels of administration regarding resident needs, concerns or issues.
- Maintaining a safe environment for residents.
- Document procedures and activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Complete other related tasks as requested by management to improve quality of life for all occupants.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Computer skills, with the ability to perform routine computer functions such as document scanning, filing, data entry and messenger use.
- Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, have good eye focus and hand coordination skills, be able to stand for long periods of time and have strong work ethic.
- Westminster Citizen or Green Card Holder

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
