A charitable housing association is looking for a Programme Administrator to join their team on a temporary 7-months contract role, based in Chelmsford, Essex and offering Hybrid working.
**Accountabilities**:

- Manage the collation, recording and communication of property information following the handover of new units.
- Lead on the maintenance and provision of analysis for projects and individual new home property information using SDS Sequel, Open Housing and other data management systems.
- Lead in the monitoring and maintenance of property records and contract documents, including Title and Land Registration information to ensure all documentation is received and is accurate, liaising with a range of internal and external customers.
- Assist with the inputting of data on the Homes England information management system (IMS) grant management system.
- Raise requisitions and receipt goods for all orders on behalf of the New Homes team, using the IPOS system.
- Experience of working in an office environment.
- Excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outloook).

- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Good standard of secondary education with a high level of literacy, numeracy and IT proficiency.

**Desirables**:

- Experience of residential housing development within the social housing sector.
- Knowledge of SDS Sequel, Proval.
- Knowledge of IMS (Homes England's information management system).
- Knowledge of Open Housing or other housing management software.
- Knowledge of IPOS or other financial invoicing software.
