The public will be pre-notified that a Field Interviewer will be in their area.You’ll still need to knock on doors and call people to arrange interviews, but it won't be cold calling

This is a flexible role so you’ll have some control over when you work, although we ask you to commit to at least 12 hours a week. Beyond this you can work as many hours as you like when the work is available**:
**Role details**:

- Pay rate - £12.10 per hour
- Pay period - PAYE weekly one week in arrears
- Additional remuneration - bonus paid monthly (bonus is paid per survey completed in full)
- Expenses - travel expenses and time paid
- Duration - 6 months ongoing
- Location - Oxford**
**Essential criteria**:

- Access to your own vehicle
- Ability to travel within your region (expecting between 3 to 33 miles per day)
- Comfortable using technology (tablet or laptop provided)
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions*

*some or most interviews will be completed outside/at the doorstep of the participant

**Recruitment process**:

- Telephone interview conducting by a member of Reed's Talent Sourcing team
- Compliance/security vetting - this includes right to work in the UK, criminal record check, employment referencing
- Company training
- Deployed once compliant and trained
- Confident knocking on somebody's door and building rapport with them
- Comfortable using technology as a tablet or laptop is provided to record the data/responses
- Customer service experience
- Resilience
- Organisation skills
