**Key responsibilities**:

- Work with Contract Managers and Site Managers to ensure collection and collation of information for delivery of site set ups and Health and Safety files
- Uploading of drawings onto the system and printing/issuing these to the Contract Managers and Site Managers
- Calculating of weekly timesheets and obtaining approval sign off as required
- Maintain record systems
- Stock control and co-ordinating the provision of personal protective equipment
- Accessing and retrieving information from external e-portals
- Decommissioning and archiving of site files
- Switchboard relief when required
- Assist with the training arrangement requirements for employees
- Liaise with sub-contractors to obtain information and documentation for the compiling of the Operation and Maintenance Manuals
