As a Strategic Account Executive at Just Eat for Business, you will be working in the fast paced world of restaurant partner account management. You will be responsible for supporting the strategic accounts restaurant team with onboarding and managing Just Eat for Business' key strategic restaurant accounts
- some of the most delicious independent restaurants, street food brands and caterers London has to offer

**All about the role**

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to:

- Own a portfolio of our Tier 2 restaurant partners to ensure they have everything they need to deliver an exceptional level of service to our corporate customers. This includes; supporting restaurant partners with insights into their performance, educating our restaurant partners on our processes to ensure they can deliver exceptional service and proactively sharing ideas on how we can improve our internal processes to continuously improve our restaurant partner offering
- Oversee the group of our unmanaged restaurant partners (Tier 3) to ensure they have all the insight they need to deliver exceptional service to our corporate partners and to grow the business they do through the Just Eat for Business platform
- Maintain and grow relationships with restaurant partners through strong communication both face-to-face and remote, providing thorough onboarding guidance and regular check-ins
- Monitor performance using relevant data and educating restaurant partners to ensure that together, we are delivering a best in class Customer Experience

**Here are the skills and experience we need from you**:

- Excellent organisational skills including prioritising, scheduling, time management and meeting deadlines
- A strong communicator both verbally and written with the ability and confidence to negotiate: previous experience in Sales/Account Management is a plus
- A self-starter who is eager to learn and capable of working autonomously. Being comfortable taking ownership of their workload is a must, as is taking the initiative.
- Some experience working with data would be a plus as you will be required to use data to make decisions. You will be reviewing reports and interpreting performance information but will have plenty of support to help you learn as you go.
- Experienced working with platforms and tools such as, Zendesk, Hubspot, Looker, Google Docs, etc.
