This is an entry-level position and we are looking for a detail oriented person with excellent time-management skills needed for a dynamic and growing auction house.

The Office Administrator role will involve a variety of duties predominantly relating to auction administration, shipping and customer service, such as:
2. Assisting with auction viewings, pre-sale and post-sale duties

3. Coordinating shipments both domestic and overseas

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Outlook and Excel essential.

Knowledge of Photoshop, Social Media or SEO would also be advantageous.

Previous experience in numismatics, fine arts, jewellery, or an auction house environment is not necessary, but preferred.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
