**We’re looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our team within Score Group based at our facility in Peterhead.**

**About the role**
Our Energy division, provides its customers with bespoke quality solutions for fuel systems and accessories to improve performance of industrial gas turbines. The company is uniquely positioned to support fuel systems and accessories for LM engines, holding the exclusive license to manufacture the full range of GE LM series industrial gas turbine fuel nozzles and pre-mixers.

The Customer Support Coordinator is responsible for handling all enquiries from our global client base, regional Score offices and Score Energy Sales team.

**Primary responsibilities**
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
- Support the team in the drafting of client quotes & contract reviews, prior to passing to the Team Leader for review / approval. Issue to client once approved
- Attend & participate in weekly production meetings
- Provide input and reports as necessary to Customer Support Manager, when requested
- Where required, generate key client weekly status reports and issue to the client base
- Support the team in ensuring compliance with the team’s set KPI’s and objectives

- Awareness of quality procedures

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a sales support or sales administrative role
- Previous experience working in the Oil, Gas and Energy industries
- Knowledge of rotating equipment is advantageous but not a necessity

**Qualifications**
- HNC (or equivalent) in administrative or business discipline or significant experience within a similar role

- Ability to communicate clearly with the client, no reservations with talking on the phone or face to face meetings
- Ability to operate based on own initiative and drive

- Product knowledge would be beneficial
