TSR legal are currently working with a law firm based in Neath who are seeking a Legal Secretary to work within their Childcare department. The firm are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong organisation skills able to prioritise a busy workload.

This opportunity is to work within a very niche team and will give you the opportunity to support one Fee Earner with very interesting and quite rare matters for the region. The firm are looking for an individual with great communication skills as you will be the first point of contact.

**Responsibilities will include**:
Audio and copy typing to prepare legal documentation and correspondence
Attending to clients both in person and via telephone
Assisting with the preparation of Court Bundles
Updating the firm's case management system
Maintaining client files
Managing inboxes and using legal software as well as Microsoft office

**The individual**:
Previous typing experience
Excellent organisation
The ability to communicate with clients
Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
