Barnardo's South East Children's Services has an exciting new opportunity.

Working across two services, The Parent Wellbeing Service (Surrey) & My Independence, My Health, My Life Project (West Sussex), providing support for both young people and their parents/carers.

Please note that the starting salary for this position is negotiable depending on experience. Barnardo's are currently undertaking a pay and reward consultation and as such salary bandings are likely to increase from 1st April 2023.

You will be required to:

- To take overall responsibility for the volunteering programmes.
- To develop role descriptions and undertake marketing, in order to recruit volunteers
- Conduct interviews, DBS checks and inductions.
- To develop and implement a programme of supervision to support volunteers and placement supervisors.
- To track volunteers: Monitoring & Evaluation, Satisfaction Surveys, Exit interviews, Case Studies & Volunteer Profiles

Both of these services are friendly, fun and fully inclusive teams. The Parent Wellbeing Service is a fully funded service, commissioned by Surrey and Boarders Partnership, to support the delivery of their Early Intervention Programme to support parentsand carers whose young people are struggling with their emotional health and wellbeing. The My Independence, My Health, My Life Project is a new initiative fully funded by the NHS Sussex Foundation Trust to support young people aged 14-25 to support theirindependence, health and life skills.
