We are seeking to appoint a Senior Wellbeing Coordinator to join the Linking Leeds team.

We are looking for an **energetic** and **highly motivated** individual to join the wider leadership team to promote and deliver this unique service.

As a member of the Linking Leeds team you will make a real difference to the lives of others. You will be a keen advocate of the benefits of supporting people with health and social care needs accessing primary care service to access support in their community by linking them to a network of groups and activities; enabling them to have improved health and wellbeing.

As a member of the leadership team, you will support the Locality Manager to manage a team of Wellbeing Coordinators.

You will have relevant experience, be an effective communicator with a passion for excellence in your professional field. It’s essential is that you love what you do. We want you to enjoy coming to work every day and to care about your job, your colleagues and our service users.

**Salary**: £28,900.00 per year
